London
Taking portraits is my biggest passion.
It is an important part of photojournalism as well and over the years I have been always trying to get closer to people, communicate with them somehow, even not speaking the same language, make them feel comfortable about being photographed and not annoyed, or angry.
People react differently everywhere in the world and in some places, having your picture taken is still a big taboo. But I believe you can also make someone's day, by taking a great portrait.
I rarelly get bad reactions from people. Eye contact with them and a smile can stablish a trust based relationship and is very easy to know when it’s ok or not to photograph.
