Kids
In some places around the world, photographing kids can put you in serious trouble. An 82-year-old woman in Southampton, UK was told she couldn't take photos of an empty wading pool because she might be a paedophile. In my opinion, this has gone too far. Taking pictures of kids can be one of the most rewarding fields in photography because they love performing for the camera and they give amazing candid shots. Funny is that usually, people who don’t photograph kids in London, for example, start shooting every child as soon as they travel to Africa, India… Why is that then? In Brazil, you have no choice. Kids who see you with a camera are going to run and say: Take my picture, take my picture. You’ve got to take!
